The Spring Meditation Series is designed to allow the Inner Self to show us our innocence and our power, and to help us take this awareness into each day to gently transform our lives and our world.The program begins with an invitation from the Inner Self to step back from the world we have created according to our distortions – about our worth, our deserving, our power and, of course, about Love – and return for a few minutes each morning to the peace and safety of our True home within. Here, each successive day, the Inner Self will create a variety of experiences to let us relax into a deeper consciousness of our ever-present connection with the Source of our own Being. After this renewal each morning, the self we take into our day will reflect this healing, and bring increasingly greater energy and happiness into our lives.
At the end of the thirty days, we will return to our personal reality with a heightened awareness of our freedom, our joy and our responsibility to create our own experience. Enjoy!
